Bijunath R. Patla

Bijunath Patla received the B.Tech. degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram, India, in 2000, and the Ph.D. degree in theoretical physics from Michigan Tech, Houghton, MI, USA, in 2008. From 2008 to 2013, he was with the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics, Cambridge, MA, USA, on estimation of noise budgets and spacecraft design for a NASA-funded mission to test general relativity. Since 2013, he has been with the University of Colorado, Denver, CO, USA, and the National Institute of Standards and Technology, Boulder, CO, on the fundamental time scale UTC-(NIST) and on analysis and interpretation of large data sets, software validation, and implementation for GNSS and for space missions designed to test relativistic theories of gravitation.
