Postdoctoral Research Fellow, Department of Biology - Oxford Martin School - Pandemic Sciences Institute, University of Oxford. Associate Researcher, Colegio de Ciencias Biologicas y Ambientales, Universidad San Francisco de Quito. My research focuses on the epidemiology, genetics and evolution of emerging viruses, and in the development of data integration approaches to track the spread of viral pathogens. I'm also interested in general population and evolutionary genetics.
