Benjamin Bhunu

Benjamin Bhunu is a graduate student at Tulane University School of Medicine. He is pursuing studies in biomedical sciences. Previously, he worked as a graduate teaching assistant at the University of Zimbabwe. He also worked as a research assistant in the Biomolecular Interactions Laboratory at the University of Zimbabwe. Currently, Benjamin Bhunu is interested in understanding the developmental origins of cardiovascular diseases. In particular, his interests include investigating how intrauterine growth restriction impacts the risk of developing hypertension and cardiovascular diseases in adult life of affected individuals.
