Atanu H. Jana

Currently serving as Professor and Head in the Department of Dairy Processing & Operations, SMC College of Dairy Science, Anand, Gujarat, India. Involved in Teaching and Research for over 35 years. Specialization is in Cheese (especially Mozzarella) and cheese analogues and Ice cream (flavours, stabilizers). I on behalf of the Alumni Association Organize National level Dairy and Food Quiz Contest at the College every year; conducted 12 times. Published over 230 articles in National and International Journals of repute. Guided more than 20 Post graduate students at the College. I am permanent TQM member at Vidya Dairy, Anand, Gujarat, India. Serving as Expert Reviewer for several International Journals. Fellow of National Academy of Dairy Sciences, NDRI, Karnal, India. Recipient of 'Best Teacher Award' from Dairy Science College, Anand, Gujarat for the year 2014-15. Biography included in Who's Who.
