Our research interests are focused on the synthesis and characterization of multicomponent oxide materials either substituted or doped by different metals that largely affect an unusual combination of its physical and chemical properties. The methodology for building fine-controlled micro- and nanostructures using the large variety of inorganic elements as raw materials will surely lead to the generation of yet unknown next-generation functional materials. The main tasks and abilities of the group are:
• to synthesize and characterize the different multi-component oxides, which could be successfully applied for various applications;
• to employ a thermal analysis for both the initial compounds and final ceramic materials in order to predict their structure, properties, and thermal stability.
