Arnaud Mussot received the Ph.D. degree in optical engineering from the Université de Franche-Comté, Besançon, France, in 2004. He was with Commissariatà l'Énergie Atomique, Bordeaux, France, from 2004 to 2005, and worked on high energy Ytterbium lasers. Since 2005, he has been with the Laboratoire de Physique des Lasers, Atomes et Molcules, Université Lille 1, Villeneuve d'Ascq, France, where he is mainly engaged in supercontinuum generation and the study of instability processes in fiber ring cavities. His current research interests include parametric amplification and supercontinuum generation in optical fibers.
