Aoyang Zhang

Aoyang Zhang (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 2014, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, CA, USA, in 2020, all in electrical engineering. He is currently a Post-Doctoral Fellow with Harvard University, Cambridge, MA, USA. His current research interests include threefold. First, analog/mixed-signal/radio frequency (RF)-integrated circuits (ICs) design for communications. Second, scalable nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and electron spin resonance (ESR)-based CMOS and GaN-integrated systems. Third, new circuit architecture with 2-D memristive devices. Dr. Zhang was a recipient of the 2022 Harvard Teaching Award, the 2021 University of California (USC) Best Dissertation Award in Electrical Engineering, the 2020–2021 IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society (SSCS) Predoctoral Achievement Award, the 2020–2021 Ming Hsieh Institute Scholar, the IEEE SSCS Student Travel Grant Award (STGA) in 2018, the Best Bachelor Thesis Award in 2014, and the First Prize of Chinese National Mathematical Competition in 2010.
