个人简介
I'm a UGC JRF recipient and a Ph.D. scholar in law at the Central University of Punjab, where I've been researching gender diversity on corporate boards. In 2020, I’ve qualified for the UGC Net-JRF in Law. My LL.M. in Corporate and Business Laws from the National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi, earned me a University Gold Medal for being the batch topper and an Endowment Medal for scoring the highest. With a three-year LL.B. degree and a University Gold Medal, I graduated from Haldia Law College, which is affiliated with Vidyasagar University (West Bengal’s State University).
I previously worked as a Research Fellow at GNLU on a Government of Gujarat-sponsored project entitled "Needs and Issues of Children Living with HIV/AIDS in the State of Gujarat" and as a Field Investigator for data collection in the State of West Bengal in a KIIT School of Law Research project entitled "Response to the Offence of Rape by the Criminal Justice System - An Empirical Study in the States of Odisha and West Bengal" funded by the Indian Council of Social Science In the meantime, I worked in litigation for a year to have the necessary practical expertise.
As my professors would testify, I realized that I am quite adept in the art of persuasion during my LL.B. and LL.M. courses. I've always had a knack for getting my idea across clearly, engaging with people, understanding their requirements, and offering them a hard-to-refuse value proposition. My strengths lay in my ability to read and comprehend a situation thoroughly before acting swiftly but wisely.
