Working on lung immunobiology following transplantation mainly mechanism of tolerance and rejection. We use the mouse orthotropic lung transplant model to address the questions regarding the regulation of T cell and Cytokine responses in rejection. We study the regulation of tolerence established via costimulation blockade. Also studying the regulation of T cell and IgG antibody response in severe/mild COVID-19 patients.
