个人简介
Anne Grapin-Botton studied biology in Paris with Nicole Le Douarin and received her PhD in 1995, focusing on brain development. She carried out postdoctoral work with Doug Melton in Harvard University (Cambridge, USA) where she developed interest in endoderm and pancreas development. In 2001, she started her lab at ISREC (Swiss Institute for Experimental Cancer Research) and then EPFL (Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne)(Lausanne, Switzerland) and uncovered signaling events and transcriptional relays controlling pancreas development. In 2012, she became Professor at the Danish Stem Cell Center of the University of Copenhagen where her lab studies how individual cell decisions organized in a three-dimensional space contribute to organ development.
