Andrey V. Mezhiba

Andrey V. Mezhiba received the B.S. degree and Diploma with the M.S. degree in physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, Russia, in 1994 and 1996, respectively, and recently received the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering at the University of Rochester, Rochester, NY, under the direction of Prof. Eby G. Friedman. His research interests are in the areas of noise, signal integrity, and interconnect design, including on-chip inductive effects and the design of power distribution networks.
