Dr. Andrew Ludlow is an assistant professor of Movement Science and director of the Integrative Molecular Genetics Laboratory (MGIL) at the University of Michigan School of Kinesiology. Prior to his time at U-M, Dr. Ludlow was an assistant instructor for University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center (UTSWMC) Cell Biology. He completed his PhD in Kinesiology (Exercise Physiology) at the University of Maryland School of Public Health.

Dr. Ludlow has published over 20 articles in peer-reviewed journals, including the Experimental Physiology, Scientific Reports, and Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise. He's also written a book chapter for Methods in Molecular Biology, titled "ddTRAP: A method for Sensitive and Precise Quantification of Telomerase Activity." Dr. Ludlow has been an invited reviewer for nearly 20 journals, including the International Journal of Sports Physiology and Performance, Journal of Applied Physiology, and Journal of Gerontology: Biological Sciences. He is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine and the American Physiological Society.
