I'm a Lecturer in Health Inequalities at Lancaster University. In the context of a mixed economy of welfare, my interests are around navigating, accessing and engaging with health, social care and housing. Topics of interest include, information-giving; ageing/gerontology; dementia, core outcome sets and realist methodology. I have experience of mostly qualitative and mixed methods approaches. I sit on the Editorial Board of BMC Geriatrics and PLOS One, review for a variety of funders.
