Andrea Ponzoni

Andrea Ponzoni received the M.Sc. degree in physics from the University of Parma, Parma, Italy, in 2000, and the Ph.D. degree in materials engineering from the University of Brescia, Brescia, Italy, in 2006. He is also a Researcher with the National Research Council (CNR), National Institute of Optics (INO), Brescia. He has published more than 60 articles on peer-reviewed journals. His Hirsch index is 28 (Source: Web of Science). His research interests include the development of solid-state gas sensors and olfactory systems, and the application of these devices in applications in the field of environmental monitoring, health, safety, and security.
