Anastasis Oulas

Research interests include the development as well as the application of bioinformatics and computational tools and software for the analysis of bacterial diversity using genomic and metagenomic data. Other research experience includes expression profiling and RNA-seq trancriptomics of mRNA and microRNA data. Tasks involve the implementation of pipelines as well as modification and application of existing and new methodologies for the analysis of next generation sequencing (NGS) data.
