Dr. Perry received her MD from the University of Zagreb School of Medicine, Zagreb, Croatia in 2004. In 2006, she came to the United States for residency training in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Cincinnati, Ohio. In 2010-2011, she completed the hematopathology fellowship program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska where she was subsequently appointed as a Clinical Instructor. In 2012, Dr. Perry was recruited to the University of Manitoba as an Assistant Professor of Pathology and in 2017, was recruited to the University of Michigan as an Associate Professor of Pathology, serving in the hematopathology section of the Division of Clinical Pathology.
