Ana Urbieta

Ana Urbieta received the Ph.D. degree from Complutense University of Madrid, Spain, in 2003. She carried out a post-doctoral position at IEMN, Lille, France, in 2004 and 2007. She has been a Member of the Material Physics Department since 2001 and an Associated Professor since 2010. She is a coauthor of more than 40 articles. Her research activity has been focused on the growth and characterization of semiconductors and, in recent years, mainly on semiconductor metal oxides.
