Ana Rita Pinho holds a master’s degree in Molecular Biomedicine by Aveiro University (2019) and is graduated in Biomedical Sciences by Algarve University (2017). She is the author of two papers in international journals, poster presentations and oral communications at international and national conferences. During her academic career, she learned and consolidated different in vitro and in silico techniques: analysis of databases and bioinformatics programs; cell culture; DNA extraction; PCR analysis; protein extraction; proteomic analysis; genomic analysis; viability analysis; nanoparticle assays. She was also involved in the organization of international scientific events. Currently, she is a researcher at the COMPASS Research Group, at the CICECO – Aveiro Institute of Materials, University of Aveiro, where she is enrolling a PhD in Biomedicine.
