Interests include Bayesian methods, complex data structures (correlated data, data on different measurement scales), dimension reduction methods, and applications in health and medicine. New and current projects include investigation of health effects of exposures to mixtures of environmental contaminants (particularly in relation to child health and neurodevelopment), robustness of clustering methods (with applications in classifying complex behavioral profiles), and exploration of potential subtypes of sepsis in sub-Saharan Africa.
