Alison Oliveira Moraes

Alison de Oliveira Moraes received the B.S. degree in telecommunications engineering from Universidade de Taubaté, Taubaté, Brazil, in 2003, and the M.S. and Dr.Sc. degrees in electronic and computer engineering from the Aeronautics Institute of Technology (ITA), São José dos Campos, Brazil, in 2009 and 2013, respectively. He has been a Senior Technologist with the Aeronautics and Space Institute, São José dos Campos, Brazil, since 2004, and a Graduate Professor with ITA since 2015. His research interests include statistical models for ionospheric radio signals, low-cost platforms for science dissemination, and avionics and space systems engineering. Dr. de Oliveira Moraes is an Associate Editor for the Journal of Aerospace Technology and Management.
