Hello & Welcome to my page...My research interests mainly focus on fabrication, modeling, simulation and characterization of Electronic, Photonic, and Plasmonic based Nanostructure devices as well as study of the state-of-the-art fields such as logical devices, optical storage devices, plasmonic devices, metasurfaces, optical-nano and bio sensors, modern medicine, information security, particularly in terahertz to infrared region and advanced theoretical concepts related to two dimensional materials such as graphene, white graphene, silicene and black phosphorus and carbon nanotube using FDTD and so on.............
