Graduated in Medicine (1995); Specialization in Pathology (1998); Master degree (2001) and Doctorate degree (2002) in Human Pathology at Ribeirão Preto Medical School, University of São Paulo, Brazil (FMRP/USP). Visiting Scholar at Stanford University, California, United States in 2006/2007. Since 2004 is professor at the Department of Pathology and Forensic Medicine (FMRP/USP). His work includes Surgical Pathology and Cancer Pathology, with emphasis on Beast and Head and Neck Pathology.
