Bio
Alexandre Zampa received the B.S. degree in engineering and the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Grenoble Institute of Technology, Grenoble, France, in 2015 and 2018, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in applied superconductivity from Université Grenoble Alpes, Grenoble, France, in 2021.
He worked on the development of innovative architectures of conductor for fault current limiter applications and the characterization of operation of REBCO tape. He is also a Contractual Lecturer in electrical power engineering and transition engineering with the Grenoble Institute of Technology. He is currently a Postdoc with Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan, working on HTS magnets.
