Reyes-Ortiz Alexander

Extensive experience as a clinical researcher in the field of diabetes, obesity and nutrition. I have developed skills writing several scientific articles that have been published in international journals with JCR impact. I have the ability to work under pressure and have a perfect coordination in team to conduct investigations. My field of research is related to diabetes, obesity, nutrition, and body composition in patients with pathologies previously mentioned, and in top athletes. Besides, I perform integral handling of patients with obesity and / or diabetes with medical treatment, as well as healing or resolution / improvement by bariatric surgery through the tailored One Anastomosis Gastric Bypass (OAGB) surgical technique. I was invited professor at undergraduate and graduate studies (specialty of Sports Medicine, and Ph.D. program) at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Malaga, Spain. Currently, I work as a clinical researcher in coordination with researchers from the University of Malaga. I have been Speaker at international conferences. I had a Doctoral stay at the Institute for Research in Operative Medicine (IFOM) dependent from Health-Faculty of Medicine School of Witten / Herdecke University in Cologne, Germany.
