Alexander Reiner

Alexander Reiner was born in 1987. He received the B.Sc. degree in physics in 2012 and the M.Sc. degree in Augsburg in 2014. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the University of Augsburg on multiparametric gas sensing using metal organic frameworks in combination with surface acoustic waves. Prior to his studies, he finished a training as an industrial mechanic. Before, he worked for one and a half year at the Helmholtz Zentrum, Munich, on automating single cell sampling and PCR, including robotics and lab-on-a-chip technologies.
