Alessandro Coati is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Information Technology at Universita degli Studi di Parma and a researcher of the Artificial Vision and Intelligent Systems Laboratory (VisLab). His research interests regard stereo vision based applications applied in industrial environment, to support unmanned guided vehicles (like Laser Guided Vehicles) increasingly precision in picking/docking operations and the onboard safety-systems.
