Graduated in BIOLOGY by University of São Paulo (USP - 1993-1996), Master's (1998-2000) and PhD (2000-2004) in Psychobiology by USP. Post-doutorate in NEUROSCIENCE at the University of Rio Grande do Norte (Natal, Brasil) (2007-2008). Full Professor in the Department of Biosciences at the University Federal of São Paulo. Professor of Postgraduate Programs in INTERDISCIPLINAR IN HEALTH SCIENCES (M/D) and BIOPRODUCTS AND BIOPROCESSES (M/D). Member of the Brazilian Society of Neuroscience and Behavior (SBNeC). I currently work in the areas of Neuroscience, Pharmacology of Natural Products, Therapeutic Innovation, Biotechnology in Health and Pharmacology of Degenerative Diseases.
