Aleksei Almaev received the M.S. degree in radio physics (research area - solid state electronic), and the Ph.D. degree in semiconductor physics from National Research Tomsk State University (TSU), Tomsk, Russia, in 2015 and 2018, respectively. He is the Head of the Laboratory of Metal Oxide Semiconductors, Research and Development Center for Advanced Technologies in Microelectronics, Tomsk State University, Tomsk, Russia. His research interests include research of metal oxides, related devices, and functional coatings.
