Alaa El-Din Sayed Hafez

Alaa S. Hafez received the B.Sc. degree in electronics and communications from the Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria University, Alexandria, Egypt, in 1990, the M.Sc. degree in electronic and communication from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Maritime Transport, Alexandria, and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria University. He is currently an Affiliate Instructor with the Faulty of Engineering. He received many technical courses in surveillance radar design and implementation, work as Radar System Engineer for more than 25 years, taught up to 20 undergraduate subjects, supervising more than 20 thesis, and has authored or coauthored more than 90 papers in different international conferences and journals. His work interests include radar system engineer, antenna design, MIMO, micowaves, circuits, artificial intelligence, computer architecture, aerospace engineering, computer science, target tracking, and radar signal processing fields.
