Ahmed Mahmoud is a Member of the Embedded and Multi-sensor Systems Lab (EMSLab) and pursuing his Ph.D. degree in the Department of Systems and Computer Engineering at Carleton University in Ottawa, ON, Canada. He received his MSc. degree in electrical and computer engineering in 2015. His research interests focus on SLAM, sensor fusion, embedded systems, machine vision, autonomous navigation, machine learning. For many years he has been involved in multiple research and development projects.
