Ahmad H. Besheer (Senior Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in electrical power and machines from Cairo University, Egypt. He is currently the Vice Dean of Postgraduate Studied and Research with the Environmental Studies and Research Institute, University of Sadat City, Egypt. He is also a Professor of electrical power systems. He is the author of two-chapter books and more than 50 articles. His research interests include optimization techniques, artificial intelligent control, and renewable energy technology. He serves as a member of the IEEE CIS Social Media Subcommittee, in 2012. In 2019, he got the University of Sadat City Award for Scientific Research Excellence and the Best Paper Award from IEEE ComNet’14. He is the Deputy Chairperson of the Board of International Journal of Environmental Studies and Research (IJESR) and a member of the editorial board of the International Journal of Research Studies in Science, Engineering and Technology (IJRSSET).
