Researcher (III Livello/Level) at National Research Council of Italy – Institute on Membrane Technology since 2012. She has three National scientific qualification of university associate professor in Chemical plants and technologies, Systems, methodologies and technologies of chemical and processing engineering, Fundamentals of Chemical Technology. She is responsible of 1 research project and participated in others 26 research and formation projects funded by the EU, MAECI, MIUR, the Calabria Region and private companies. Her main expertise is in experimental and theoretical analysis of membranes and catalytic membrane reactors for hydrogen production and CO2 conversion, long term testing, aging phenomena evaluation on polymeric membranes for gas separation, design of integrated membrane systems for gas separation. Author of more than 80 papers published on referenced international scientific journals, 20 book chapters edited by Elsevier, Wiley, Royal Society of Chemistry and about 200 international conference proceedings, 1 book set for RSC, 1 international patent, she has participated with Key notes, invited lecture and oral presentations to several international conferences. She serves as projects evaluator for funding institutions such as MIUR and MiSE (Italy), Research Council of Norway, NWO, FWO, RCN, GIF, ISF, EU, MSCA, INEA etc. She is also Expert monitor for FET-OPEN since 2019. She is council member of PhD courses in Scienze ed Ingegneria dell’Ambiente, delle Costruzioni e dell’Energia (since 2018) She is Winner of the European Federation of Chemical Engineering - Excellence Award in Membrane Engineering 2010 for the best recognized PhD thesis in the years 2006-2009 and was awarded as young talent in the research field for the “Festival dei Giovani Talenti”, supported by Ministro della Gioventù and realized by Agenzia Nazionale per i Giovani in 2010.
