Adam Waspe

Adam C. Waspe (Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in biomedical engineering from the Robarts Research Institute, University of Western Ontario, London, ON, Canada, in 2009. From 2009 to 2011, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Focused Ultrasound Laboratory, Sunnybrook Research Institute, Toronto, ON, Canada. Concurrently, he was also a Product Engineer with a Sunnybrook startup company, FUS Instruments, Toronto. In 2011, he joined the Centre for Image Guided Innovation and Therapeutic Intervention, Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto, as a Staff Researcher. In 2015, he was appointed as an Assistant Professor (status only) with the Department of Medical Imaging, University of Toronto, Toronto. In 2017, he was appointed as a Project Investigator with the SickKids Research Institute, Toronto.
