A. Alshehri is an Assistant Professor of Finance at Prince Mohammad bin Fahd University and joined King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals as a part-time faculty. He worked for King Khalid University for many years. His Ph.D. in Financial Management was obtained from the School of Economics, Finance & Management, University of Bristol, UK. In Addition, He holds the Certificate of King's College in "Learning and Teaching in Higher Education", King's College, University of London, UK. He also has the Certificate of the University of Auckland, New Zealand, in "Leading Academic Development". His primary research areas include corporate finance, corporate governance, capital budgeting, capital structure, financial education, financial management practice, and Islamic banking & finance. Alshehri’s articles were published in journals such as the Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting, Research in International Business & Finance, Health Education Journal, Journal of Islamic Economics, Banking and Finance. He also has some papers presented at referred academic conferences such as the (IFABS 2018), Santiago, Chile; (WFC 2015), Buenos Aires, Argentina; (FMAI 2013), Chicago, USA, and the (EFMA 2013), Reading, UK. He has worked as a referee for some journals and conferences such as Cogent Economics & Finance, International Journal of Islamic and Middle Eastern Finance and Management, The North American Journal of Economics and Finance, Emerging Markets Finance and Trade‏, Cogent Business & Management, and the Eastern Finance Association 2018, Philadelphia, USA. Dr. Alshehri is a member of some academic associations such as the FMAI and EFA. His experience in teaching includes principles of finance; corporate finance; investment theory; Islamic finance and investment, financial institutions& markets, and special topics in finance. He conducted some training courses at governmental and private sectors in Saudi Arabia
