Broad experience with molecular biology and immunology research on mammalian cells (human and rodent) including work with DNA, RNA, protein, immune assays, microscopy (fluorescence and confocal), MRI, mass spectrometry, multicolour flow cytometry, implantation (mice and rats), transfection, lentivirus mediated gene modification of cell lines, iPS cell culture, bacterial culture, sample preparation and running next generation sequencing machine (Miseq) and high throughput data analyses (RNAseq).
