Aakanksha Agarwal

Aakanksha Agarwal received her M.Sc. (Microbiology) from Gurukul Kangri University, Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India. She received Ph.D. in Molecular Sciences and Engineering from Amity Institute of Click Chemistry Research and Studies (AICCRS), Amity University, Noida, India. Her current research focuses on the synthesis and characterization of carbon-based nanomaterials, algal nanobionics, and recent advances toward sustainable production of biomass, bioactive components, and lipid molecules from microalgae using heterogeneous carbon nanomaterials and hydrogel nanocomposites. She also focuses on the algal biomass-based hydrogel scaffolds as a biomimetic platform with antibacterial and wound healing activities.
