I am a research assistant in the Zimmers/Koniaris lab at IU School of Medicine, and we cover cachexia. I analyze the scans of patients who have pancreatic cancer to track the course of cachexia through their illness. I use Tomovision's Slice-O-Matic software. I am currently working on several studies involving pancreatic cancer. I also operate our EchoMRI machine for various mouse studies, and assist in handling and harvesting mice for various mouse studies.
