I am interested in designing protein protein interaction inhibitors, for this i also contribute to the developmentof new virtual screening software. In parallel i am designing novel proteins, and protein interactions based on non-natural protein backbones. Currently i have designed different protein scaffolds. I have purified and characterized the proteins and crystallized the proteins. I am now investigating the higher order assemblies using electron microscopy.
