Andrew Pan

Andrew Pan (S’12–M’15) received the B.S. degree in physics and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, Los Angeles, CA, USA. He is currently a Research Staff Member with HRL Laboratories, Malibu, CA, USA. His research interests include various aspects of solid-state physics, semiconductor device modeling, and nonequilibrium quantum systems.
