Xiaobo Li

Xiaobo Li received the B.S. degree from the University of Jinan, Jinan, China, in 2009, the M.S. degree in electronic science and technology from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing, China, in 2015, and the joint Ph.D. degree from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and Tokushima University, Tokushima, Japan, in 2020. He is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher with the School of Materials, Shenzhen University, China. His current research interests include design, fabrication, and characterization of GaN-based power devices.
