个人简介
In order to understand the structure, dynamics and functional connections of macromolecules and their complexes, our group uses computational biology techniques with a focus on proteins. We investigate biological phenomena like physiological state and allostery by combining molecular dynamics simulations with network theory and we characterize protein-protein and protein-nucleic acid interactions in atomistic detail.
