Viktor Brus received his Ph.D. in Solid State Electronics from the NAS of Ukraine in 2012 and D.Sc. in Physics of Semiconductors from Chernivtsi University in 2018. From 2013 until 2020 he was doing research and teaching at Chernivtsi University, Helmholtz Zentrum Berlin (AvH Fellow) and University of California Santa Barbara. Now he is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Physics of Nazarbayev University. His research interest is materials science and physics of semiconductor devices.
