个人简介
Our research focus is to develop methods and instruments for chemical measurement and imaging at the nanoscale with < 10 nm spatial resolution. We employ two infrared nanoscale imaging methods: 1. Scattering-type scanning near-field optical microscopy (s-SNOM) and 2. Peak force infrared microscopy.
We are interested in studying the organization and interaction of molecules, materials, and structures with spatial heterogeneity. Among many possible systems, we are particularly interested in nanoscale characterizations of polymers, aerosols, polaritonic materials, and biological samples.
