个人简介
Mike Davies received the Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Technology degree from the Wellington Institute of Technology, New Zealand, in 2014.
He has over seven years of experience on researching the use of fiber Bragg gratings in novel applications and has also been engaged with the development of superconducting machines. His experience with fiber Bragg gratings includes implementation of sensors within conventional transformers to measure hot spots and dissolved gas analysis. He is currently working towards developing reliable alternatives to quench detection of superconducting power systems. As of 2021, he is the Technical Manager of Paihau-Robinson and is responsible for leading the Technical Team.
