个人简介
Our laboratory is interested in developing computational methods to interpret genomic data. We seek to develop large-scale transcriptional and epigenetic regulation and signal transduction models. Our approach is to build models to integrate various data to illustrate these phenomena. These data were generated using the latest generation of high-throughput sequencers. Our research focuses on developing low-level and high-level analysis. For example, we are developing a suite of tools for analyzing high-throughput sequencing data, including epigenomics and transcriptomics. Our goal is to make these tools and the resulting databases generally available to the scientific community.
