个人简介
Long Sha has been working as an AI Scientist at STATS since 2017. His current work focuses on digitizing sports data from broadcasting videos, which includes multiple object tracking, camera calibration and person re-ID. Before joining STATS, he finished his PhD degree in the Speech, Audio, Image and Video Technology (SAIVT) Lab in Queensland University of Technology, Australia. His thesis concentrated on the representation learning and structural prediction using multi-agent spatiotemporal data. His work on digitizing swimming footages won the best paper award in WACV (2014) international conference. His main interests are in exploring the application of machine learning techniques in different domains.
