个人简介
Kambiz Nanbakhsh (Student Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc degree from Urmia University, in 2009 and the M.Sc. degree from University of Tehran, Iran, in 2012, all in electrical engineering. Later, he joined Sapiens Steering Brain Stimulation, a start-up company in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, which was developing a high-resolution deep brain stimulation (DBS) system. After the acquisition of Sapiens by Medtronic, he continued his work as a Senior Scientist designing experiments to ensure the long-term biostability and biocompatibility of thin-film electrodes for neural stimulation and recording. In 2017, he joined the Bioelectronics group at TU Delft as a Ph.D. researcher investigating the failure mechanism of implantable ASICs for next generation mm-sized implants.
