个人简介
I am an assistant attending physicist in the Department of Medical Physics. I use cutting-edge computational and statistical methods, informed by bioinformatics and machine learning techniques, to identify novel diagnostic biomarkers and to build models that predict radiation treatment outcomes. Building robust statistical models is of vital importance to accurately predicting outcomes and improving treatment for cancer patients.
I received a PhD in computer science from the University of Texas at Arlington and completed postdoctoral fellowships in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and in the Department of Medical Physics at Memorial Sloan Kettering.
