个人简介
Work in the Nabi lab focuses on the cell biology of cancer. Research projects include: 1) the localization of the caveolae coat protein caveolin-1 to non-caveolar scaffold domains and their role in cancer cell migration and focal adhesion tension; and 2) the role of the cancer-associated ubiquitin ligase Gp78 in the regulation of endoplasmic reticulum-mitochondria contacts and mitophagy. We are actively involved in applying and developing super-resolution microscopy to both projects.
