个人简介
Francesco Iannuzzo (Senior Member, IEEE) received the M.Sc. (laurea) degree (cum laude) and the Ph.D. degree in electronics and information engineering from the University of Naples, Napoli, Italy, in 1997 and 2001, respectively, with a study on the reliability of power MOSFETs during diode operations. He is currently a Professor with Aalborg University, Denmark, where he is also a part of the Center of Reliable Power Electronics. He is the Author or Co-Author of more than 250 publications on journals and international conferences, three book chapters, and four patents. He has edited the recently-published Modern Power Electronic Devices: Physics, Applications, and Reliability (Institution of Engineering and Technology, 2020). Besides publication activity, over the past years, he has been invited for several technical seminars about reliability at first conferences as Indian Society of Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry, European Conference on Power Electronics and Applications, Energy Conversion Congress and Exposition, Power Electronics, Intelligent Motion, Renewable Energy and Energy Management, and Applied Power Electronics Conference. He is also the Founder of the newborn Power Electronic Devices and Components journal (Elsevier). His research interests include reliability of power devices, including mission-profile-based life estimation, condition monitoring, failure modeling, and testing up to MW-scale modules under extreme conditions, such as overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, and short circuits.
He is currently an Associate Editor for the Ieee Transactions on Industry Applications, the IEEE Journal of Emerging and Selected Topics in Power Electronics, and Microelectronics Reliability (Elsevier). He is also the Vice-President of the IEEE IAS Power Electronic Devices and Components Committee. He was the General Chair of ESREF 2018 and the 29th European Symposium on Reliability of Electron Devices, Failure Physics, and Analysis, and has been appointed as the EPE-ECCE Europe General Chair in 2023.
